Thank you for choosing Bello Catering Co. These Terms and Conditions outline how we work together to make your event exceptional. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Bello Catering Co provides premium fire-led catering for events across the Mid North Coast NSW and beyond. We specialise in weddings, corporate events, private milestone celebrations, and select public events.

All our catering is fire-led — from our signature woodfired pizzas to our fire-roasted banquet proteins — designed to bring energy, connection and memorable food experiences to your celebration.

Quotes and Bookings

Quotes

All quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your event. Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted if your guest numbers or requirements change.

Minimum Guest Numbers

Our catering packages require minimum guest numbers as follows:

  • Bello Classics: 40 guests minimum
  • Bello Signature: 40 guests minimum
  • Fire & Feast: 50 guests minimum

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a booking confirmation. This secures your date and locks in your package.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are based on confirmed guest numbers and selected packages.

Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed when you book.

Final Payment

Final payment is due before your event. We'll confirm the exact timing in your booking details.

Changes to Guest Numbers

Please provide final guest numbers at least one week before your event. You'll be charged for the confirmed number or actual guests served, whichever is higher.

Menu and Dietary Requirements

Menu Selection

Choose your pizzas and canapés from the options in your selected package. Menu changes can be requested up to two weeks before your event, subject to availability.

Dietary Requirements

We're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free dietary needs when advised in advance. Please let us know about any allergies or special requirements when you book.

Allergen Information

While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee our food is completely free from all allergens due to our cooking methods. Please inform your guests of any potential allergen risks.

Cancellations and Changes

By You

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

By Us

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, illness, equipment failure), we reserve the right to cancel. If this happens, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Date or Venue Changes

Changes to your event date or venue should be requested in writing as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.

Your Venue

Venue Access

Please ensure we have appropriate access to your venue, including parking for our vehicle and equipment. Our team needs sufficient time before your event to set up our woodfired oven and service stations.

Facilities

Your venue should have suitable space for our woodfired pizza setup and service flow. We'll discuss specific requirements during the booking process.

Power and Water

If required for your event, please ensure access to power and water at your venue.

Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Arrive at your venue with adequate setup time
  • Provide all cooking and serving equipment
  • Cook all food fresh on-site using our woodfired oven
  • Provide high-energy, professional service
  • Serve your guests with care and attention
  • Clean up our equipment and service areas

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information (date, time, location, guest count)
  • Ensuring venue access and facilities as discussed
  • Informing us of dietary requirements and special requests
  • Paying according to agreed terms
  • Informing your guests about potential allergen risks

Liability

Our Service

We take pride in providing premium, reliable catering. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue issues, or events caused by third parties.

Food Safety

We maintain high food safety standards and follow all health regulations. Once our service concludes, we're not responsible for food storage or handling by others.

Property

We are not responsible for damage to venue property caused by guests or circumstances outside our control.

Photography and Promotion

We may photograph your event for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer we don't use images from your event, please let us know in writing before your event date.

Feedback and Complaints

We value your feedback. If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within seven days of your event. We'll respond promptly and work to resolve any issues.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with an updated date.

Australian Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
